At such short notice it may be a bit of a problem.
What I did was just get out the phone book and ring up a couple, I found the little independant ones the best, as they are not tied to a larger organisation.
Once I found a couple, I actually went and interviewed them, and told them what I do. In fact it turned out to be far easier than I thought, as they can easily down value a house to match what you require, as they can find every fault in the property.
I am now at the stage with mine, where I just fire off an eMail with all the details and the price I require. A couple of days later the report arrives to match my needs. However, every now and again they do come back saying "Johnny Debt, your taking the pi**."
