Having purchased over 50 properties this year I have reached my target monhly income from residential rental properties.

I have developed a wonderful lead generation system and get calls every day from estate agents offering me property at 85 percent of value in exchange for a quick sale. I also have set up a leaflet delivery company which allows me to deliver my cash for property leaflets and make a profit. These properties at these prices are nearly always cash flow positive.

I was going to stop buying properties until my accountant offered me 50k to buy him 5 properties.
