JD LAW offer a Secured Debt Negotiation Service.

The idea for this company is to work alongside "Home Rescue"/purchasers helping to make the deal fit. So if you have a deal, but the deal does not stack, because the 2nd, 3rd charges are too high.  We will try to negotiate with the charge holders on your behalf to try and make the deal fit your requirements.

• There will be no upfront fee for this service.
• We will charge a fee on completion - we know what you need to make the deal fit. .
• We will be in close contact with your vendor and the creditors.
• As part of the service we will also advise the vendors on court procedures, in order to gain more time.
• We hope that this will be a "Fire & Forget" system for you. If the negotiations are successful you and your solicitor will receive confirmation letter from the charge holder, accepting the reduced offer.
• The vendor will also be looked after regarding any un-secured loans they may have - giving you added peace of mind as the landlord.

In the past working with "Home Rescue"/purchasers we have managed to achieve 40 pence in the pound on secured debt.
