It is our intention to create a network of businesses, who we think could very easily interact with one another. e.g. the BMV industry and Debt Associates is almost a partnership made in heaven.

"Home Rescue" (BMV) as we tend call it in the debt world, can be a fantastic debt solution (this is a very new solution for us). On the other side; the ability for you to offer the person your buying the property from, debt solutions such as, Full & Final Settlements, Debt Management Plans, even Bankruptcy (CAUTION Bankruptcy only a solution if managed properly!!!)

We are also in the process of developing a network relationship with Sunbelt, a UK wide network of Business Brokers.

So the real idea behind all this is: You go out to visit a client, and offer them your professional solution. Yes they want to deal with you (Hooray), but you can also now offer additional solutions. Maybe their business is failing and that is what caused them to be in debt/mortgage arrears? So now you can offer two additional solutions - and earn additional income just for passing the lead on through the network.

You visit a potential client and the deal does not stack up (Boo) However you will know from the meeting, if there is another solution you can offer them. So you did not get the deal from your visit, but you offered other solutions to their problem, and just by passing the lead on to the network, you get a potential income from a failed visit.

The idea is to create on-line and off-line network (meetings around the country, face to face meetings with other solution providers) - not only to do business, but also an information exchange! Do you know what will happen to the property you purchased BMV, if the person you bought it from goes Bankrupt? Why should I do a priority search when buying a property? Is a failing business worth money?

Finally, We have put your name onto our database as  BMVers (Home Rescue). This list will only be available to others in the network on a very controlled basis. So no spam!!

I think you get the idea of what we are trying to create here. Well that is the plan, so up to me then!
