Can you believe it!

A Pensioner client I am dealing with was harrassed into signing paperwork with a well know Insolvency Practitioner for a contribution of nearly half her pension for the next 3 years.

Thanks to Andy Coleman fom www.inthesh1t.com and his advice, she will hopefully be placed into an Administration Order or a Debt Managment Plan until another, more suitable solution can be found.
