My hubby has just left me and I have taken over the removal business that we used to run together.

We have a joint MBNA loan and 3 credit cards, Barclaycard, Morgan Stanley and Natwest - Totalling about £30k.

Not sure what will be the implications of him appyling to go bankrupt. Can you help please as I am getting stressed out!

Many thanks

hi there,

My name is Chirag Patel, and I am Debt Consultant. I would advise your husband or yourself not to go bankrupt. That's the last resort. We can help you write off all your debts on all your credit card and unsecured loans, as long as the agreements are before April 2007. We can do this via Debt Transfer to our company and you may visit this on

I would advise you to ring me on my mobile  or email me and I will be glad to help you. We have written off many debts for people who have least to worry.

Regards,

Chirag

Hi Chirag,

This seems very interesting - do you purchase debt and then settle with the lenders or can you write it off in anyway?

Your link wasn't on your reply - please supply so others can take a look too.

Thanks

Dear Tuppance

Have you thought about going into a debt plan first.  Don't think you have to go bankrupt straight away.  I was really helped by a company called TIP Consultancy, they showed me the way to go.

Is the removal business a Ltd company, and are you a director?
