Hi I have a property that I bought BMV just over a year ago. The owners became my tenants and are staring to get back in to finance trouble. They have around £50k on an IVA with Euro Debt which has been running for around 3 years. After I purchased the house, they used this money to clear other debts and did have cash left over. They have now spent this equity, have a £2k overdraft and have just borrowed from loan shark (£1k) the money to pay last months rent and still own one month. They have an income of around £2100 per month, rent is £640 I have spoken to them today and they are willing to meet or talk with anyone who can assist with their debt position and to help them better the Euro Debt position Any ideas any one.
