Thanks Johnny,

I have been worried for a while about that, I was told by Thomas Charles, the IVA company that I would go to prison, if I didn't pay my debts back. What a relief I fell now!

Can you let me know what I need to do to go bankrupt? I went on to the Insolvency website, it gives a breakdown of what will happen but its what to do if you do want to take the plunge is what I am concerned about. I haven't the time to sort out anything at the moment as I want to concentrate on making the shop a success. I am working  what seems 20 hours a day, I just need someone to help!

Hi TMTB,

I understand what it's like to run a business by yourself you're the manager, the book keeper, the marketer, the problem solver and all other manner of roles that come with running your own company.

However I urge you to take some time out to deal with this. If you don't all the hard work you are putting into your business will go to waste because the stress of your personal financial situation will hold you back.

In your last lines you say you're concerned about what'll happen if you you take the plunge and "I just need someone to help".

There's a fair amount to do and a great deal of information that you need.

There are things that you need to know especially when it comes to filling out forms 6.27 and 6.28 bankruptcy statement of affairs, attending court and understanding and dealing with the official receiver.

What I'm saying is by taking the time to sort this out will insure that you are the one that's unscathed. Please, please, please speak with a knowledgable source either face to face or via telephone it'll pay you dividends when you decide to go through.

I wish you the very greatest of success for the future and the growth of your business.
