Those who purchase under Home Resuce, or BMV, could use this as a good solution, if when purchasing funds are tight for the client and there is juct not enough to go around to the creditors.
I am finding more and more clients want to hold on to what little funds they have rather than pay 100% back.
Alternativley, I am finding that if a client is a Home owner and re-mortgages to inexcess of 85% LT, a Full & Final IVA settles with the creditors and the house is not taken into consideration.
