Hello, I have recently recieved a letter from a debt agency stating that in 2008 i had non payment of a bill, long story short they state i took it with my mother as the gaurantee, the last payment made was on 8 th oct 2007 for £167.29 from my mothers bank account, since then no further payments show and t mobile state that the contract continued thus me owing its entirety of £448.29. Myself nor my mother have recieved no correspondance from them to state this and i can not remember owing nor missing pay ments as i am still with t mobile to this day and have still not had anything sent regarding this debt nor has my mother until now!, I myself have recieved nothing but my mother has from the debt company not T mobile themselves stating we owe the outstanding amount is there anything i can do? thank you.

Hello clairec - welcome to the site.

Which Debt Collection Agency (DCA) is currently chasing you?

If you are with T Mobile is it the same contract that you had with them at that time?

I would suggest that you write to the debt collection agency, informing them that you are disputing this direct with T-Mobile.

If you are being called three times a day I would suggest that you send them a letter informing them that you feel harassed by the amount of calls that you are receiving. there should be a copy of and harassment notice on this site.
