Firstly let us just say that we are not claiming that we can get credit cards or loans written off!! We are not actually sure that it works, and also some of the fees that some companies charge is
extortionate
The company that we deal with does a financial audit of your credit card or loan, from this they are then able to determine if you are entitled to a refund for any unfair charges that you may have incurred.
They also look to see if you have any Payment Protection Insurance on your cards and loans. They often find that their clients are not aware of these, or they have been miss-sold the PPI.
In the majority of cards and loans that they audit, they find that there is often a fairly large sum of money that you are entitled to, as a refund.
Of course there is a cost with this, but much less than you would imagine... the company charges £20 per product and then if successful 20% on completion of a successful claim.
