For ages now I have been asking the question, is it really possible to get your debts written off through unenforceable agreements. 

I have posted on many sites asking for proof that shows a debt has been written off by this method. So far I have not seen one example of a card being written off.

I have just been sent the document below from someone who paid an upfront fee to have their credit card debt written off. They paid £200 pounds for each card to be written off and they submitted a total of 7 credit cards. That is a total of £1,400!!!

So far now they have had four cards rejected as per the letter below.

I now wonder if they will receive a refund??? I think we know the answer to that one.
